The Rules

Eliminating highly processed foods/sugars. No cakes, donuts, cookies, bread, bagels, pasta, rice, alcohol, red meat.

What can I eat?

Vegetables, fruits, lean meat, fish, eggs, unsweetened plain yogurt, and nuts.

Is it easy?

NO WAY! It’s super hard, you’ll struggle, you’ll slip, fall down…you’ll be thinking and dreaming about food all the time!

Is it worth it?

Absolutely! Within a few days you’ll start feeling amazing and learn patterns about your eating habits that you never knew even existed which is the first step in permanent weight loss. You will start to have more energy, better night’s sleep, decreased appetite.

Still surprised how easy this has been, although haven’t really had much temptation. I am down 10 lbs and the bloat or the water retention is the most amazing thing. My legs have not been pliable forever and now I can actually move my calf with my hand WOW. So glad u started this, my head must have really been it the right place and I needed that push.. The other amazing thing is not eating at night. I m a night person never going to bed before 12 or 1am, so always around 11pm I would find myself looking for food and always the bad stuff either sugar or salt. Today was an easy day. Not very hungry had homemade chicken soup for lunch and big salad chicken breast and 1/4 baked potato with some salt and pepper. I’m noticing difference in my skin and appetite along with more energy. And I’ve lost 3.5 lbs Cindy DL
