What is a Health Coach?

What does a Health Coach Do?

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness

 

What do you wish to achieve?

For some people it is all about healthier dietary choices, for others it may be how to start an exercise program, for others it may be going cold turkey with sugar and some needing to recognize the stressors in their life so they can achieve stress mastery. Though we are one in the same we are also quite unique. What may work for one person may cause more difficulty for you. This is why we spend the time exploring in order to plan what works best for you.

Who would need a health coach?

Probably most people… Even health coaches need a health coach at times.
If you are challenged with health concerns, trying to resolve some chronic diseases i.e diabetes, hypertension, overweight, high lipid profiles.
If you are confused with how to start and take action with all the information out there that can even be conflicting.
